This is TundraMax Fog Lamp Switch with Night Illumination. Everything You need is in this Kit.

Fog Lamp Lens x2, Fog Lamp Holder x2, 9005 bulbs x2, Alternative Switch, Relay, Wire Harness, Fuse, Zip Tie, Bud Connectors.

You can install your Remote wire into the Green Wire – Parking Lights or tap the White Remote into the Front Parking Light from the Head Light. With the Remote wire attach to the Parking Light, Your Fog Lamps will always be on or off with your Parking light, Works well with the Factory Alarm.

The OEM Switch if located on the Turn Signal Lever integrated with the Parking light and main Headlight switch. In Order to add this feature to your Tundra, you would have to Remove your Air Bag and Steering Wheel, in addition to purchasing a completely new Control Lever that will run you about $200 for the switch alone.
